Vision...

It is the vision of the Pima County Jail Ministry to minister the gospel of Christ Jesus to the inmates and staff of the Pima County Adult Detention Center, and to the families represented by them.

Our Goal is to aid them, comfort them, encourage them, instruct them, pray with them and lead them to salvation with the same unconditional love afforded us, by God, through Christ Jesus.

Purpose...

Utilizing various programs and local Church volunteers, we help inmates:

• Discover Life in Christ
• The Purpose for which God has Created Them
• To learn how to be discipled, accountable and disciplined
• the importance of family, and how valuable each inmate is as a person, and to God.

God's Love...

Matthew 18:10-14 speaks about the lost sheep, the ones that have gone astray. Here at the Pima County Jail we have the ones who have gone astray. We have the strays from almost every Church in Tucson and verse 13 emphasizes God’s joy whenever a stray is found. It is our privilege to share in that joy!
